The Veterinary Toxicology Study Group (GETOX), with support from FAPEG, the Graduate Program in Animal Science (PPGCA), CNPq, and CAPES, has developed three informational folders aimed at rural landowners. The materials provide practical and accessible guidance on the correct use of veterinary medicines and pesticides in rural settings.

The content clearly and objectively highlights instructions on:

• the responsible use of veterinary medicines;

• proper pesticide management;

• necessary precautions for waste disposal;

• the importance of food safety in milk and meat production.

This initiative aims to promote awareness and the adoption of good practices in the countryside, contributing to animal, human, and environmental health.
